The corporation collects monetary contributions from individual and corporate donors of different sources and distributes money in lump sums or periodic amounts to different causes like qualified charitable organizations, churches, and religious orders specified and designated by donors.
The corporation does not draw salaries and wages as on-going expenses for its operation, and net proceeds coming from a fundraising event (collections from donors minus related event expenses like food costs, venue rental fees), which are typically within 90 per cent of collections, all go to designated receivers.
The corporation is operated by its President/CEO, its Secretary, and its Treasurer, and conforms and complies to all requirements including annual income tax returns, legal and financial disclosures for such a non-profit organization as specified by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
